Use and dosage
Mix 1 serving size 30g with 200ml of water or skimmed milk. Use first portion in the morning and the second portion immediately after workout. Do not exceed 2 portions a day.
It should be used during the day between meals. Dietary foodstuff. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet, it is intended mainly for people who train. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Warning! Always close the packaging after use. Store in a dry and cool place, out of the reach of small children.
