PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Crea Xtreme is a combination of 4 forms of creatine that ensures maximum saturation of muscles with creatine, which plays a central role during short-term, intense exercise aimed at building strength, mass, speed and power. This formulation includes three stabilised forms of creatine: citrate, malate, and hydrochloride (HCl). The combination of creatine with malic and citric acid helps to safely overcome the digestive system, but also further fuels aerobic energy (malic and citric acid are present in the Krebs cycle). Binding creatine to HCL protects creatine from premature conversion to creatinine, and improves its solubility, and thus its assimilability. Of course the supplement could not be short of the basic and always effective form of creatine ﾖ monohydrate ﾖ which improves hydration of muscle cells and so makes them more susceptible to anabolic activity. The product is recommended for workouts aimed at increasing strength and power, especially when simultaneous weight gain is not recommended (e.g. sports with weight categories).

DOSAGE OF CREA XTREME POWDER

Dissolve a single portion of the product - 3 g (0.5 scoops) - in 300 ml of water or juice. It is recommended to use 2 servings a day.

• On training days: 1 serving 30 min. before training, 2nd serving immediately after training.
• On non-training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving before going to bed.

Do not use for more than 4 weeks.

WARNINGS

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The preparation is not intended for children, pregnant and lactating women. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.<?p>

STORAGE
