- Cream of Rice digests well, being a gluten free product & loaded with pre + pro biotic’s, it’s a great for your gut health.
Directions for Use:
To microwave: add ONE scoop to 200ml water : (or your desired amount) stir and pour into a microwave proof bowl or container.
Once mixed set microwave on HIGH setting at 30 second intervals. After 30 seconds stir well until desired consistency has been achieved.
Alternatively, slowly add 200ml of boiling water or milk, stir & whisk to desired consistency.
