L-GLUTAMINE MICRONIZED T6 contains micronized L-glutamine, taurine and vitamin B6. L-glutamine builds almost 60% muscle mass, and its resources are lost during exercise. L-glutamine and taurine are a valuable source of organic nitrogen. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolizm and contributes to normal homocysteine metabolizm. L-GLUTAMINE MICRONIZED T6 is recommended for athletes specializing in strength, strength-endurance, and strength-speed disciplines.

Recommended daily portion is 12 capsules.

USAGE

Wash down a serving of the product – 4 capsules with 300 ml of water. Take 3 servings a day.

- On workout days:

1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving immediately after workout, 3th serving at bedtime.

- On non-workout days:

1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving between meals, 3th serving at bedtime.

WARNINGS:
