XTREME MASS premium quality formula has been specifically designed to help you add high quality calories to your diet which will enable you to build lean muscle mass and assist with muscular recovery though the use of both ‘slow-burn’ complex carbohydrates and fast-acting high glycaemic carbohydrates.
Each super serving contains 60g of Protein from Free-Range Grass-Fed Whey and 170g of Carbohydrates, principally sourced from ground whole oats.
RECOMMENDED USE
Recovery – Add 130g (2 level scoop), with 400ml of water or skimmed milk and shake well.
Weight Gain – Add 260g (4 level scoop), with 700ml of water or skimmed milk and shake well.
Take 1 – 2 servings split throughout the day depending on training intensity and calorific and protein intake requirements. For best results, take 1 serving within 30 minutes after your training session. Do not exceed stated dosage.
