DOSAGE S.A.W. 2.0 SHOT
One portion of the product - 15 ml (1 tablespoon) - use 3 times a day. On training days: the first serving in the morning after waking up, the second serving 30 min. before training, the third serving immediately after training. On non-training days: the first serving in the morning after waking up, the second serving between meals, the third serving after the main meal.
