Whey 100 New Formula is the perfect combination of whey protein concentrate (WPC) with the addition of vitamins and minerals: vitamins D and B6, as well as calcium and zinc. Vitamins D and B6 and zinc help in the proper functioning of the immune system. Calcium and vitamin B6 contribute to the maintenance of proper energy metabolism, and calcium is additionally needed to maintain healthy bones and teeth. When it comes to muscle performance, vitamin D and calcium help them function properly. In turn, vitamin B6 contributes to the maintenance of proper protein and glycogen metabolism, and zinc supports proper protein synthesis.

Recommended use and dosage
Dissolve a single serving of the product - 30 g (2 scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or a mixer. Use 3 servings a day. On workout days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving for 1.5 hours. after training and the 3rd serving at bedtime. On non-training days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving between meals and 3rd serving at bedtime.
