SHIPPING RATES OF REPUBLIC OF IRELAND
GLS - CORRECT EIRCODE IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY, WE CURRENTLY SHIP ONLY WITHIN REPUBLIC OF IRELAND !
- For orders under €100, shipping cost is €6.99.
- For orders over €100, shipping cost is FREE.
WHEN WE SHIP ORDERS
GLS: Orders placed before 1:30 p.m.
- Monday - Wednesday are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after that time, Thursday, Friday or during the Weekends and holidays are shipped the next working day.
You should receive an email and/or text from the Shipper on the morning of delivery confirming your tracking number. If you do not receive your order within 3 working days after dispatch, please call us on 087 137 6912 (during our working days hours).
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Ireland: 1-3 working days.
However, over 90% of our orders are delivered the next working day!

JUST A QUICK ADDITION
We aim to meet these delivery times, but deliveries may take a little longer during busy periods like Christmas, Easter etc.
Occasionally, force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, may affect these delivery services for a limited time, resulting in changes to our cut-off times and/or delivery times.
However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.
We cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen parcels due to any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

REDELIVERY
If we have to re-deliver the parcel due to a fault of the customer, e.g. incorrect address, invalid/missing Eircode, wrong contact number or nobody present at the address to sign for the parcel, there will be a charge of €5.99 to cover our freight, shipping and handling costs.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Availability of each item is displayed but if we are unable to dispatch the order because we are out of stock ordered product we will try to contact you first to see if you would like another flavour or replace the product with another. Alternatively, we will ship only available products and issue a refund for out-of-stock items.
